You've likely received a flyer about the collective RTB disputes seeking compensation for the three year construction project and the loss of the lawn. If you have questions, post them here and I'll reply.

Many of your neighbors are seeking and will recieve compensation for the Loss of Quiet Enjoyment, Loss of Access to Facilities, and Termination of a Service of Facility (the yard). Don't miss out on what the act very clearly indicates you are entitled to. Join your neighbors, both to support them and to receive your due.
